Why not come along and visit the place where it all started?
A Warm Welcome To All Croeso Cynnes i Pawb
Whether you are from a WI or a Federation, or just interested in the history of the WI and where it all began, a visit to the WI Hall in Llanfairpwll will appeal to you
We offer groups the chance to come for an Historical Talk, to view the memorabilia and the interesting artifacts in the Hall
and then enjoy lunch, afternoon tea or a buffet
prepared by our Catering Committee
Why not combine this with a visit to the Railway Station in Llanfairpwll to have your photograph taken next to the longest place name in the Uk
Or for those of you who feel energetic enough, the Hall lies almost in the shadow of the Marquis of Anglesey's Column. The column is 27 meters high and you can climb up the 115 steps inside it and enjoy the spectacular views of the Menai Straits and Snowdonia in the distance
If you fancy a visit to the Hall, please contact the Federation Office by phone or via this Contact Form. We look forward to seeing you.
